What to expect

Every appointment starts with a conversation, what do you need, where are you, and when works for you. From there, I confirm availability, discuss your documents, and show up on time, prepared, and ready to get it done efficiently.

I don’t rush, but I don’t waste your time either. Most general notarizations take 10 to 15 minutes. Loan signings typically run 45 minutes to an hour. Either way, you’ll know the total cost before I schedule, and there won’t be any surprises when I arrive.

If you have a complicated situation, a signer in a care facility, a document in another language, a physical limitation, reach out before you book. I’d rather talk through it upfront than arrive unprepared.
